Rydealot Mobility Technologies ("Rydealot", "We", "Our", or "Us") is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of our passengers, driver partners, and cargo senders. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, utilize, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User & Driver Account Information

Contact Data: Name, mobile phone number, email address.
Driver Verification & KYC Data: Driving License copy, Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), commercial insurance, vehicle type, and license plate number.

1.2 Location Data (GPS & Navigation)

📍 Real-time Location Disclosure:
• Passengers: We access your approximate and precise GPS location when you open the app to calculate pickup distance, estimate accurate ride fares, and locate nearby drivers in the virtual parking lot.
• Driver Partners: When you toggle your status to "Online", Rydealot continuously collects your live background and foreground GPS coordinates. This is strictly required to match you with nearby passenger requests, compute live ETA, and provide navigational directions during active trips. Location tracking stops completely when you toggle "Go Offline" or exit the application.

1.3 Camera & Biometric Verification

Facial Verification: Before going online, driver partners take a live camera selfie to confirm driver identity and prevent account sharing/fraud. Facial detection is computed on-device via neural processing libraries (face-api.js).
Document Uploads: Camera access is used solely to capture clear photographs of required transport documents during KYC registration.

1.4 Communications & Chat Data

Messages sent through our In-App Firebase Chat feature are processed in real-time to facilitate ride coordination between driver and passenger during active trips. Chat sessions automatically clear upon trip completion or cancellation.

2. How We Use Your Information

To process, dispatch, and navigate real-time bike taxi, auto, and cargo trips.
To compute transparent, distance-based trip fares.
To verify driver identity, vehicle validity, and passenger safety.
To send automated transaction notifications, OTP verifications, and platform updates.
To prevent fraud, multiple account abuse, and ensure legal compliance with the Telangana Transport Department.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or third-party marketers. We only share necessary data with trusted technological service partners essential for app operations:

Database & Cloud Hosting: Supabase & Cloudflare (Encrypted cloud infrastructure).
Realtime In-App Messaging: Google Firebase Realtime Database (Google Cloud).
Payment Processing: Razorpay Software Private Limited (PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway for subscriptions and platform tokens).
Law Enforcement: We may disclose data if legally required by valid government court orders or authorized law enforcement agencies under Indian law.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion Rights

We retain user and trip history only as long as necessary for regulatory tax accounting and safety dispute resolution.

Account Deletion: Users and Driver Partners may request permanent deletion of their account and associated profile data at any time by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or sending an email request to our Grievance Officer. Upon verification, data will be purged within 30 days, except records legally required for tax compliance.

5. Security of Your Information

We employ industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your browser and our servers. Access to sensitive administrative records is protected by cryptographic authentication and role-based permissions.
